but for me this really works...

have some stuffs to read on which really could tickle your interest... unnoticeably, only then you find yourself yawning and nothing came in to your mind anymore... you would then fall asleep...

the reasons behind it... while you are reading or thinkin any else matters which would ultimately stop your mind momentarily at the mode of worrying, thats the best remedy so you could fall asleep quickly. U must redirect your mind to focus on things that wont let you worry thinkin endlessly... or else you will end up having sleeping difficulty.
