CC guards are just following the guidelines...
i noticed FAMILY DAY had been publicized the week before or i guess more.... it's obviously NOTICEABLE in all its exits ... prior the day occur...
Perhaps, it they'd come for some other day... they may enter freely... not unless CC guards don't have concrete reasons to halt them at the entrance, otherwise, that would be a different issue..
~~~ We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp and some are dull, some are pretty, some have weird names and all are of different colors, but they all have to learn to live in the same box.~~~
