provided your car can passed thru the Qatar Technical Inspection Company... u can be granted with an Isthimara.
1> submit your car to the QTIC and have the report form duly PASSED.
Note: irregardless of built, age or whatever, as long as it could passed all the testing requirements, ie. brakes, lights, paints, dents, emission test, breakage, suspensions, fuel tank, license plate illuminations, etc...
2> QTIC report form duly PASSED is required by the Insurance companies to grant you vehicle insurance. Pay the premium and have the related insurance documents.
