Well   ;;;;     If housing is provided by the organization, then now its you to decide how much you are going to spend for living, do u prefer to eat out in the restaurant or u cook, which car you wanna drive, your shopping habits, night life etc etc.. 

Im not sure about the salary status of a teacher here but, i think its fine...
