better ask the opinion of a traffic department high-ranking officer. whatever you do in this country, make it within the limits of the law.
my friend's neighbour had almost the same situation, so he said the car owner (whose visa is already cancelled) was able to sell his car by choosing a non-commissioned police officer as the buyer. i don't know what that cop did, but he was able to buy it and all was 'legal', nothing under the table, so to speak.
anybody here has a similar or different experience?
