I don't want to be mad but it's to much its almost 3 months yet my package is still undelivered to my family. I call several times and they are providing me different info (i.e my package will arrive Sept 3, then after my package is for clearing with customs, the next time my package will arrive on Sept 29?).I called few minutes ago it seems I am not a customer because the person who answered the phone really don't know the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" he is indeed raising his voice as if he is angry at me and he is telling me to call their Philippines office to make follow-up. If I only knew that your service really sucks I wouldn't had recommend your company to my friend. Too bad as he is already on vacation now and is coming back to Doha after 2 weeks yet his package is still undelivered...
