Some people won't get any days off (workers in shops, domestic workers, taxi drivers etc). Some people will get 1 or 2 days off. Some people will get 10 days off.

It just depends who you are and whether your manager likes you.

There is no hard and fast rule about who will definitely get a certain number of days off.
