There is no such website as far as i know... But people are using "Dubizzle.com" for buying/selling anything and for job also."Souq.com" for buying/selling any new or old items. Also Gulfnews ads website "http://gnads4u.com/" also good for finding properties, classified items and local jobs...May i know for what purpose you are exactly looking for...
