Buying Nokia phone battery other than the dealer will be fruitless with respect to the quality. I've been a NOKIA phone user for sometime now and I've tried so many batteries for that matter. Go for a original replacement battery only. Cheaper battery is not good as the original replacement one. Yes it will save you a few rials, but at the end of the day, cheaper battery will die on you sooner, let say between or from 1 month to 6 months. Battey prices changes every 3 to 6 months. Also depends on the model & age of phone. Newer phones will have the costliest price, as the phone gets older, their battery depreciates in price also. Try your luck with the NOKIA dealer, they will have different prices. Check out the one in Landmark mall.
