A family visit visa as per my knowledge is extendable up to 6 months and it can be adjusted to the seventh month by showing the Air ticket I heard. There is no way to extend your existing visa more than that or there is no possibility to get family visa for you due to your husband's salary. It will be better for you to leave now and wait for the visa.
