Go to MOI website, access the official document tab and type your RP no. From there you'll know if your RP is expired or been renewed. Once an RP been issued only problem will come is if any complaint was raised or the sponsor cancelled the RP. Another scenario is that your companies permit is expired, usually companies are using different company names & permits in obtaining a visa. Best is to check your RP in the MOI website,from there will show if they are telling the truth.
