there is no smoke if there's no fire. complaints are a natural reaction especially when you're not contented to some things that you don't deserve. of course, u anticipate complains if one consumer didn't meet his/her expectation. we've been a consumer, all of us here. and it doesn't mean that the said complaint from one consumer needs symphaty to demoralize Lulu or like anybody else. we 'must' take his/her comment a constructrive criticism becuae she/he warned improved everything.
i also experience maltreating by the salesman/s in Lulu but i often comfronted them. i often says that their service is poor but when u speak to filipinos... they're all pleasing & can always accomodate all the customer's request & complains. they will do the best they can just to satisfy the customer. even in other hypermarkets/boutiques/banks services/etc., filipinos are different in treating & handling customers. try to compare! and accept the fact that we filipinos, we valued our character and we're all born accomodating and pleasing.
It is better to endure the hardship of education than to taste the bitterness of ignorance.
