no its not illegal to have a tattoo but i do believe its illegal to give a tattoo...

this country isnt as strict as people think...

my wife has a lip ring and tattoos down the back of her neck and she walks around everywere with them... no one says anything...

this country is a melting pot of cultures so i wouldnt be surprised if one day it is legal to get a tattoo...
