is the only store here in Doha that I have seen it.   It is in the frozen food section near the ice cream.  They do not stock it at all times, however, so it may curently be out of stock.  Shoprite on Airport road is a division of megamart so they probably have it there as well.    As a replacement,  they also stock dream whip---which is the dry mix that you mix with milk & vanilla to make whip cream.  It's on the cake mix aisle.
