Thanks for the reference, but in future please dont provide someone as a reference who is unable to meet the expectations.

Budget is NOT cheap - the qoute I got after speaking to four different people is still more than I quoted in my message. I suggest next time you dont propose people that are unable to give discount. I actually spoke to a driver, who asked me to call the office...lesson to be learned here dont you think!
