If ur wife's current company not giving NOC u wil be not abl to transwer when she is here.

U can send her back and take her in a family visa without NOC.

The family requiments hope u know. basicaly,

Ur company NOC for taking ur wife,
Ur salary conformation (Minimum 7,000QR)
Salary transwer and bank balance details
ur house rent aggreement
and other normal docs
