There is no direct bus to go From Wakra to Ramada Hotel,
For that first go to wakra to al Fardan Bus Station,
(all buses from wakra will go only Doha Bus station Al fardan)

then u can catch another bus for Ramada Hotel(actually i dont know the bus no.)
