You have to apply for disconnection first before you can have it refunded. Here' how.
1. Go to Kahramaa with your Receipt where you have applied before or to Kahrammaa branch where your Sector belongs.
2. Proceed to reception and they will give you application for disconnection. They will give you procedures on where to go to for further processing and signatures.
3. Then they will instruct you to call their lineman i think for final reading. You will meet him in the place where the line/meter to be disconnected is located.
4. Bring with you the filled up/signed form. Final readings and other details shall be supplied thereon by the lineman.
5. Once done, bring the completed form to Kahramaa for signature and stamp. I think they are the same persons who signed in your initial application for disconnection.
6. Once approved, go the accounts for final computation of amount for settlement. They will give you the statement of the net proceeds.
7. Bring the statement to the Cashier for Refund. Then its done.
