Should the Muslim countries have to edit a Muslim handbook, guidelines or just a simple Muslim for dummies. Without disrespect anyone, but they need a lot of expats, without expats Qatar will be nothing. and I believe some of the other countries too. So why not printout a basic rules for all non Muslim people in the country, or in the others countries??? It is that hard to be a little creative without bringing a marketing company from uk or usa to develop something simple.
As I see the people are very but extremely sensitive in some small cases that in my point of view from outside you can realize thats a simple mistake.
