had the same thing with my wife. so I'l explain things that it will be helping you.

My wife came on a visit Visa and then changed to a company. then after she changed I was not happy with the company cos they take too much of work and even till late night. so I wanted to stop her from work. But they didn't give any NOC. They told me that they will cancel her and send her back.

I toled them to do it and My wife left from qatar.

Then I applied for the Visit visa without the NOC. just my Cotract, ID copy, Pasport Copy, Visa copy, My wifes Passport Copy, NOC from my company for bringing my wife and the application form with some money through my company Mondoob.

within 3 days I got the visa and she came back in 1 week time.

2 days before she left back after completing the 6 months. cos I'm proceesing her PR on Permanent Family visa. hope things will be fine and I will get the VISA.

So I hope u r clear now.

Just go ahead with the paper works. Don't worry on the NOC of that company.
