Perhaps I am the most unlucky person on the planet, but my experience with Qatar Airways is always bad. The last time, they were delayed (which is not unusual, and all airlines do it) and we waited on the runway for 45 minutes before taking off....this is not the bad part...what stunned us was they refused to turn on the AC...even first class passengers were soaking wet by the time we took off.
They said it was not a technical problem, but that the air traffic regulations said they had to turn their ACs off while waiting. When I pointed out to to them that ALL other airlines did not turn off their ACs, they replied rather rudely that I was not flying with OTHER airlines, was I?

All I can say is....five star airline my @$$!
It takes more than a crap load of money and new planes to make a five star airline....these people don't have a clue what service means...unless I have no choice, I now do not fly with Qatar Airways!

Stay safe all.

Perfection does not exist. The question therefore, is: what level of imperfection are we willing to settle for?
