The employer thinks the same way: why employee doesn’t understand employer’s living problem? Have to pay high rent, have to pay utilities, have to pay salaries, annual tickets to the employee, benefits, office expenses, to support the family, to educate children, to help sick parents ... after all nothing left to the poor employer, why don’t you want to understand it?..
