As per Qatari Labor law you should be given a notice of two months before being terminated. But before termination your boss needs to give you three written warnings. Read your company's HR policy. These things should be mentioned there.
Secondly, i find you only responsible for putting you into this tricky situation. Will suggest that do what you are employed for. Do not take your boss too seriously. And if you are good at what you do nobody can take away your worth...not even your boss.
