They are located in the old city center area (not the mall), opposite the Sofitel Hotel....right next to the Panasonic dealership. Can't miss them with their big green neon sign, announcing their candidacy for spelling bee champions! hahaha...sorry couldn't resist...ok, i'll stop now.
