why don't you proceed with your paper work here in Qatar,there are few papers you need like police clearance certificate from both your country and here,then after gaining all the necessary approvals , you can cancel your UAE residency and provide the bank in UAE with your offer letter from Doha and ask them whether they can transfer the loan to any bank in Qatar or transfer the amount monthly .
