NOC letter from company.
Salary Conformation letter from company.
Passport copy of ur family member.
Proof to show the relationship. if wife M.Cetificate.
Your ID copy,passport copy.

NOTE: Get the certification from the ur contry embassy here in Qatar and then the certification from the Foriegn affairs ministry Qatar.
Submit to the imigration office.
Consult ur company mandoob. He will do this for you.
