Qatari has already outlined how money can be made (by scammers) without charging you a direct comission.

My point of contention is not whether he has proven right in the past or not, or wether you have made money with him or not....the point is that anyone who PROMISES you that you will make a fortune is lying, pure and simple. So its just a friendly warning...in the end everyone will make up their own mind.
