No, the poor sobs that have it the worst in my opinion...the construction workers and road works crew! god help them....I drive past in my air conditioned car sweating my butt off and it almost brings a tear to my eye when I see them toiling outside.
At least in Canada, the not so desireable jobs pay more (to attract people)...don't laugh but my first part time job back in high school was garbage collector...not because I had to (I am middle class and relatively well educated)...because in 1989 it paid $13/hour (almost double what all my other friends were making!)...but here in Qatar, these guys get paid peanuts to work in murderous conditions.
