In Qatar car's are insured and not the driver driving it, and all cars are insured untill their registration is valid.

You can drive anyone's car, just make sure the registration is valid.

If it is a company car and you are not on the same company sponsorship then it can be a problem, otherwise if it is a personal or in your case your husband car then you can drive it without any troubles.
