OK, let's clarify...were you HIRED or CONTACTED for possible Hiring positions.
If you were HIRED it means you have already accepted all terms and conditions offered by the Co (QA).
If you were only contacted, then see what they offer, see what you want and what you have now, and then make a balance and take proper decision., But so far I can tell you it seems OK. QA is growing, expanding meaning they are looking for more and more people to cover all positions available.
