Ok so you're all going to think I'm a romantic fool, but the night before my wedding the other week I took my fiance to Southend seafront in Essex. We went to Baileys Fish and Chip restaurant and had Rock (Type of fish) in batter and chips, with a mug of tea. It was bliss ! The batter had lifted away from the meat and was crispy. The chips chunky and like mash potato inside. Covered in sarsons vinegar and salt. B had a wally as well ! (The brits should know what that is, shame on you if you don't).
You just can't beat eating it at the restaurant rather than taking it home. Only problem was we stank of fish'n'chips afterwards.

I'm hungry now !
