You should not attend such calls or sms, this is a scam.

Unfortunately you are not the only one, I know people who have been scammed by this "emergency request" and in the end this person or persons just walk away with credit into their phone and you are left wondering what did happen here?

This is an old scam from USA, Mexico and even Latin America.

Just be careful.
