Actually, noone can stop you washing your own car in your car parking. If you don't wash your car, who will do it ? Ofcourse you can't drive your car to your bathroom! I have seen some workers cleaning cars in residiential area and office premises. I heard thats illegal too. Whats really legal on this earth?
