A compound villa beats any apartment hands down. You won't believe what a difference it makes driving from the crazy streets of Doha into a quiet private compound. If you have kids, a compound is more social too.

As for Beverly Hills Tower, it one of the first apartments completed in Westbay and is surrounded by high rise construction. It will be extremely noisy and dusty for quite some time until the other towers are complete. It definitely isn't worth the prices they are asking just based on the inconveniences you will encounter by living there.
