I am Mr. Kasudeen Mohamed Riyas from Sri Lanka as a BSc. in Civil Engineering and completed the Quantity Surveying certificate course in Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL).
Having 10 years of experience inclusive with KSA in Power Plant, Refining petro chemical projects, high rise Buildings and infrastructure Projects. Proficient in use of AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project and I have proper knowledge in Cost estimates and valuation, contract terms and conditions, Preparation of tender and bid documents, BOQs, Variation orders, Preparation of monthly invoice and verifying technical issues with the Client or Consultants etc.
