*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*:-
• Safety induction training for new employees.
• Monitor PTW on site related to a specific job.
• Undertake daily/weekly HSE Report to HSE Manager and suggest risk control measure to reduce or eliminate risk.
• Coordinate with site Supervisors on a daily basis to provide proactive technical advice for field activities.
• Implementing Company HSE Policies, Procedures, System Safety Rules, training programs etc.
• Identify hazards in workplace, unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions and give necessary and corrective action to prevent re-occurrences.
• Assist in inspection of PTW system with implementation as per client’s requirements.
• Inspection of Vehicles and Heavy Equipment's.
• Inspections of Plant, Housekeeping and Waste Management.
• Inspection of firefighting equipment’s and maintenance.
• Providing assistance to conduct Toolbox Talks.
• Ensure that the implementation of works is in accordance with the Safety standard specification and requirements of our main contractor & clients.
• Act as a resource person for conducting of trainings for the Company officials for permit to work system.
• Extensive knowledge of Global HSE regulations & Legislations, processes and requirements in both national and international level.
• A strategic planner with competency in devising significant solutions, and implementing safety management systems for maintaining sound safety and environmental conditions.
• HSE Audits and Compliance Assessments.
• Administrating and Mentoring HSE department.
• Review of Major Incident with Contractors/Incident or Organization Line Managers to maintain safe workplace.
• Short listed, Implemented and Roll-out HSE Management software solution to automate the complete HSE Procedures and processes across the Organization.
• Certified IOSH.
