Hi I am a Filipino citizen holding a business visa here in Qatar. I would like to apply as secretary with a job description of admin or I would like to apply also a Administrative staff. I had almost 6 years working experienced as office staff with a job role of administrative staff and clerical support at the same time I am also document controller in my previous worked experienced. I know how to handle different kinds of documents, process, disseminate all information to all the leader, making memos, update and archive documents and sorting. I am also computer literate knowledgable of computer word, excel, powerpoint. knows how to use office machinery like scan, fax, printer. Dealing also in customer, how to deal with them in a phone calls or in a person. I am honest, self motivated and a positive attitude towards my skills and my life. I would like to be part of a reputed company where I can utilized all my my knowledge and skills and also to learn more a challenging role and to enhance my skills and knowledge.
