Mechanical scope involves the assembly and steel structure erection on its own foundation.
Erection Of Lube Oil Cooler on its own site, and assembled the fan hoods and fan blades as per ASME Standards.
Construction Related Activities
Study of Pressure Vessels drawings and P&ID, structural drawings, Production drawings and other components.
Responsible for all arrangement for Erection of pressure vessels and Welding Related activities.
Responsible for Onsite presence during construction.
Responsible for arrangement of the different NDT as per Standard requirement and getting NDT clearance of Weld joints and Defects.
Check activity as per drawing like visual inspection of weld defect, and also check bill of material with co-ordinate client people.

Inspection of Raw materials like Pipes, Flanges, Gaskets etc with reference to equipment drawings.
In process inspection at the various stages of fabrication like layout inspection, fit¬-up inspection, welding inspection of Pressure vessel and Piping Joints.
Conducting and Witnessing of Visual Testing of Fit-Up and Welding throughout construction.
Conducting and Witnessing of Non Destructive Examinations like Penetrant testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) of weld joints of Pressure Vessel and piping.
Leak Testing of Pressure Vessel.
Preparation and submission of daily Inspection reports and other relevant documents as needed.
