Summary:
I am a Mechanical Engineering Diploma Holder having 14 years of extensive experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Projects and Shutdown works as a site engineer and supervisor. Currently I am worked with Galfar almisnad Qatar(EPC) in the project of Qatar petroleum.

1. Epic for route survey, design, construction, installation & hook-up of oil flow lines, gas lift flow lines, PWI spur lines & Arab D gas wells lines and pre-work over preparations and reinstatement for KHUFF gas wells for the year 2013 – 2015

Assist Design Department in solving Piping Modification and Technical Problems in the Field.
Provide technical answers to Engineering Queries raised up by the sub-contractor confirming design drawings and standard requirements.
Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.
Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
Preparation of field piping system test packages ,including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
Well knowledged in hydrotesting process
Experience in MEP projects (Mainly in chiller unit and fire Water pipings)
Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure
Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
Good knowledge in reconciliation of materials

Experience in Details:
1) Galfar Engineering & Contracting WLL,UAE-(Transfer from Galfar oman to galfar abudhabi due to project completion) From7th December 2011 to june 2013 as a Site Engineer piping for ADCO ,ASAB FFD project under Petrofac International Limited.(Construction of 6 no’s Remote De gassing Stations and well hook up line modification work).(Hydrotesting of pielines inside Takreer Ruwais project)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for piping fabrication and erection pipelines in pipe racks.
Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.

2) Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, Oman- From17September 2009 to november 2010 worked as a Site engineer piping in PDO ,Harweel Cluster Facilities 2A/B Project under Petrofac International Limited(Transfer to abudahabi due to project completion)

Responsible for Supervision of construction activities at field Fabrication and Erection of Piping Spools in Tank farm, Process Rack and Gas Sweetening areas.
Mobilization of Manpower, and planning daily weekly activities Interaction with Contractor & client.
Mobilization & locating of Welding Machines, Cranes and other equipments, as per daily scheduled for installation, Erection of Piping & Equipment activities.
Conducting Daily tool box meeting according to the Safety procedures and standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for clearing NDT activities as per Piping Class & Project Requirement.
Responsible for Handling & Storage of piping materials like SS, CS, LTCS, GI,
Rerouting the line according to the Site Query and Field Change note.
Preparing As-built mark up drawings, Weld mapping for Field joints and final review of Test packs.
Performing Line walk down of Test packs and Preparing of Internal punch list to clearing the punch points as per Category A, B & C.
