FOR ALL CONCERNS, CAN I ASK EARLY VACATION AFTER 1 1/2 YEARS IN MY COMPANY HERE IN QATAR? BUT MY DURATION OF MY CONTRACT IS 2 YEARS, CAN I AVAIL THE 2 WAY TICKET OR 1 WAY TICKET? PLS. GIVE ME SOME ADVICE OF HOW TO APPROACH TO MY BOSS OR HAND WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR VACATION.

Refer to Article 79 of the Qatar Labour Law. Yes you can can avail of your annual vacation as specified in the law but subject to the approval of your employer. Depending on your relationship with your employer, he may or may not grant you your air ticket yet since you have not finished 2 years so you might as well shoulder it.
