Sure you can visit UAE and Oman if you have a Qatar's RP. Make sure your passport and RP both have at least 6 months validity.

I went to Oman and UAE last month by road. See my article on eHow

If you are on a professional visa listed on approved for Visa on Arrival catigory, than you are okay, however, you will need a pre arranged Saudi Transit Visa and that is only done in advance through agents in Doha. One agent I know is opposit Jabri Resturent near KFC \ Sana Roundabout Mughlina Area.

Have a nice drive to Oman.

kumaars, similar questions have been raised before here in QL and have been provided with responses.

Did you try searching before posting??

Anyway

For Oman I would suggest two actions

1.- Contact the Oman Embassy in Qatar for first hand information, &

2.- Use the link for additional details

http://www.omanaccess.com/explore_oman/visa1.asp

For UAE same actions to take

1.- Contact the UAE embassy in Qatar for first hand information &

2.- Use the link for additional details
