Dear All,
Heartly Thanks to all of those Volunteers who participated in Iftar Packing Items Day 1. All of the volunteers packed around 8000 packets
we are expecting more Volunteers for the 2nd Day and for the distribution day.
Also want to remind to all of you once again about the 2nd day of packing the items and for the distribution day. Details are as mentioned below -
Packing: 12th Aug'11, Friday
TIME : 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM
VENUE: Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) main Office, beside Movenpick Hotel, Corniche
DISTRIBUTION DAY: 13th Aug'11, Saturday
Meeting time : 4:30 PM

Family Food Center(FFC) truck arrived at QRC office with 18,000 Iftar items. FFC donated 3000 water
bottels and 400 carrying bags while Al Jaber Opticians donated 3000 dates, 3000 Mamoul biscuits,
3000 tera pack juices, 3000 Cool n Cool wet napkin and 3000 zipper bags.

From the start: Each Volunteer putting one iftar item into the zipper and passing to other, in the end
Volunteers putting the iftar packs into the carring bags.
From the start till end (Volunteers packed 18000 iftar items in 3000 zipper bags)
3000 Iftar packets were put in 200 carrying bags (each bag contain 15 Iftar packs), which will be distributed
at the Airport, Ramadan and Crazy singals. Don't foget to get one on Saturday at 6pm :)
