Job Role: CASHIER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Opening and closing procedures
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. (Cash Handling)
• Welcoming guests (Demonstrated ability to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages)
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning/end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Take orders via phone or by walk-in customers (As per S&S Service steps manual)
• Receive orders through our online platform partners and follow the standard process and handle delivery drivers.
• Prepare any takeaway order accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining the display appearance of all displayed desserts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary education or Degree in the Related field
• Min. 2 years’ experience.
• Valid food handling Certificate

SALARY:
