I have earned an associate’s degree in logistics and have over ten years of experience in supervisory/managing capacity. It has always been my goal to stay on top of the latest trends in the industry and I am always looking to further my knowledge of the latest technologies. This has allowed me to function better as a supervisor. My communication skills are high which enables me to interact with employees in a meaningful manner while handling any disputes in the department that may arise. It is also vital when conducting meetings with other department heads and within the operations department.

With my experience I am also able to assist with transportation schedules for the entire company and can provide assistance for tracking unaccounted details amongst distribution, production, retail and sales. I am also able to implement and oversee all of the safety programs with the logistic distribution and the transportation departments. It was also my duty to develop, maintain and manage all productive staff members through effective training while also overseeing and guiding all staff members on every aspect of the industry.
