Description
Job Role: Salad Maker
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling food preparation such cleaning vegetables, mixing ingredients, preparing plates of vegetables, preparing dressings, and replenishing supplies
- Preparing salads and sandwich using the standardized menus, recipes, and production records Providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction of the customers.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentationCheck temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
- Following Food Safety procedures
- Checking and monitoring the expiry dates
- SHARP team member profile (Service First - High Energy -Appreciative - Respectful - Passionate)
- CLAYGO (Clean as You Go)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschool or Degree in the Related field
- Min. 2 years’ experience.
