Job Role: Salad Maker

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling food preparation such cleaning vegetables, mixing ingredients, preparing plates of vegetables, preparing dressings, and replenishing supplies
• Preparing salads and sandwich using the standardized menus, recipes, and production records Providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction of the customers.
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentationCheck temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
• Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Following Food Safety procedures
• Checking and monitoring the expiry dates
• SHARP team member profile (Service First - High Energy -Appreciative - Respectful - Passionate)
• CLAYGO (Clean as You Go)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool or Degree in the Related field
• Min. 2 years’ experience.

SALARY:

• Will be discussed during the interview
