We are looking for a Customer Care Representative / Client Relationship Officer / Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively.
• Work closely with the sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling mail and scheduling appointments.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
