Job Role: Project Manager (Soft Services) LOCAL HIRE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
ยท Assist the division manager and update in all phases and aspects of the Project / Meeting minutes / Site visits / RFQโs / Tenders.
ยท Manage day-to-day activities related to housekeeping, hazardous/non-hazardous waste management deliveries in order to ensure provision of timely, efficient and satisfactory services.
ยท Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure successful deliveries.
ยท Responsible for Project Mobilisation / Demobilisations in advance and submit for Divisions Managerโs Approval.
ยท Responsible to visit assigned Project Locations and meet Clients for feedback.
ยท Review and confirm services schedules before implementation.
ยท Continuously reviews contractโs scope of services and plans to ensure successful execution/delivery.
ยท Responsible to attend Client meetings & taking meeting minutes.
ยท Conducts training to explain policies and work procedure.
ยท Contribute in the project/s annual budget development, monitor the budget performance to ensure actual expenditure.
ยท Receives feedback from clients regarding service standards and implements corrective plans.
ยท Oversees random inspections of all facilities and sites to ensure that cleaning activities and other services are performed as planned as well as agreed cleanliness standards being met.
ยท Prepares Monthly Reports (Project Progress Report /Activity Report/Activity Plan / Financial Reports)
ยท Manages 24/7 services to meet the needs and satisfaction of the client
ยท Manage re-ordering and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
ยท Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair or replacement of damaged equipment.
ยท Determines and maintains the department work schedule used to notify staff of upcoming events.
ยท Investigate customer complaints regarding service and initiate corrective actions.
ยท Checks duty roster and timesheets
Information
Desired Skills & Experience
- Relevant Professional Memberships is an added advantage.
- 8-10 years in Facility Management Services ( Soft Services) including management/supervisory level or related experience of which a minimum of 7 years should be in a services managerial position and/or team leading role, preferably in a similar industry.
