We are looking for an Architect cum Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture ,Additional certifications in project management or cost estimation are advantageous.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D max, Revit, SketchUp) and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop functional and creative design concepts, plan space layouts, and create client presentations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, collaborate with consultants, and coordinate BOQs and material specifications.
• Source materials, finishes, and furniture that meet quality, sustainability, and budget requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and resolve design challenges on-site.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
• Communicate updates, address feedback, and present final designs.
•  Stay updated on design trends and incorporate sustainable solutions.
• Lead and guide design teams, ensuring effective collaboration.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in interior fitout.
