Description
We’re Hiring: Florist
Are you passionate about flowers and have a talent for creating stunning floral arrangements? We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team and lead our floral operations in Qatar!
Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and celebrations.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and provide expert advice on floral care and design trends.
- Lead and manage a team of florists, ensuring smooth daily operations and quality control.
- Maintain and manage inventory, procure fresh flowers, and ensure proper storage to keep flowers fresh and vibrant.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local flower suppliers in Qatar to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Stay updated on market trends in Qatar to cater to customer preferences and demands.
- Set up floral designs at event venues, ensuring all arrangements meet the client’s expectations.
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and welcoming for customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a florist, preferably with knowledge of the Qatar market.
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for design.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with local flower suppliers and seasonal availability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for flowers and attention to detail.
