A dedicated approved Qatar Energy LNG and PTW HSE Officer with more than 6 years of experience in oil and gas field  in Ras Laffan and 4 years of experience in construction field and manage and maintain the HSE aspects of Permit To Work (PTW) System to ensure compliance to QE LNG HSE standards and regulations hence plan and monitor the effective compliance to the PTW requirements to ensure safety of people and environment , Therefore, below is my job description:

• Policy Development: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Training: Conduct HSE training sessions and workshops for employees to promote awareness and compliance.
• Inspections: Perform regular inspections and audits of workplace environments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Incident Management: Investigate accidents and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including training drills and evacuation procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the organization complies with all HSE requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare regular HSE performance reports for management review and maintain accurate records of incidents and training.
