• Incident Management: Investigate accidents and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including training drills and evacuation procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the organization complies with all HSE requirements.
